Petrolog 10.4 (Beta) released
This release has been extensively tested internally and is highly recommended for clients interested in the additional features added since 10.3 which include:
- Environment: Upgrades to .NET V2.0 framework, Syncfusion V4.4 and automatic check for upgrades.
- Environment: Microsoft VISTA tested.
- Import/Export: LAS-3 Import/Export, extensive improvements to Import/Export modules.
- Discrete Data: Extensive Improvements to Discrete Data Editor/Display and Wellheader import/edit synchonisation
- Plots: Extensive Improvements to drag & drop, improved load curve mapping and template editor.
- Crossplots: Correlation coefficients for all regression functions, now supports 16 region/facies flags.
- Petrophysics: Various improvements to Recorded log status, Glauconite/Heavy mineral handling, etc.
- Multimineral: Multi-mineral processing released (User defined Minerals, Properties, Crossplots and initial Constraint set).
- Sonic Waveform: Waveform Processing released to extract Compressional, Shear(Monopole & Dipole) and Stonely transit times.
- Imagelog: Dip Editor now works with reference to high side of borehole, now have generic plot templates that work for all tools.

NOTE: This release requires the Microsoft .NET 2.0 Redistributables to be installed on the Users PC. For convenience, a copy is available from our website or it can be downloaded from Microsoft.
A full commercial release for Petrolog 10.4 is planned for the end of June.
