Petrolog 10.4.1 released

This update is recommended for all users as it addresses all of the bugs that were reported on the 10.4.0 release. Note that the bugs that were found only occur under very specific circumstances.

We have also added some improvements to the CPX Petrophysics and Sonic Processing modules. These updates include:

• Hydrocarbon Volume Report: Enable the depth interval interface for the "Report by Depth Intervals" mode.
• CPX Crossplots: Added a "Skip Empty Crossplots" toolbar button.
• User Algorithms: Added a "Save As" option to avoid having to cut and paste files via Explorer.
• Sonic Processing: Updated Configurations Files and plot templates to fully support DSI, XMAC, FWS and MDA sonic tools.
• Sonic Processing: Improved Processing Dialog interactivity and robustness.
